Estimates and your move
A price guide from our quick estimate is approximate. A written estimate from a video survey, an itemized inventory or a home visit, and the documents you sign when you book, set the terms of your move. Interstate moves are also governed by federal rules; see our guide to interstate moving estimates.
Text-message program
Program. Green Van Lines sends text messages about moving quotes and estimates, survey and move-day scheduling, reminders, updates on your move, replies to your questions and, if you agree to them, occasional offers.
Consent. You opt in by ticking the text-message consent box on our website chat or by asking us to text you. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies with your move. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out and help. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts; we will send one confirmation and then no more. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected] or call (469) 429-0336.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
