Partner program terms.

1. Earnings. A referral earns $50 for a local move (both addresses in Dallas–Fort Worth) or $130 for a long-distance move, or 8% of the amount the client paid for the move if the partner chose commission. Taxes, deposits that were refunded and third-party costs passed through at cost are not part of the move total.
2. When a referral counts. A referral counts when the client requests a quote through the partner’s link, widget, banner or dashboard, or names the partner when booking, and the client was not already in contact with Green Van Lines about the same move. Attribution through a link lasts 90 days on the device that used it.
3. When it is paid. A referral earns once the move is completed and paid in full. Earnings for each calendar month are paid during the following month. Cancelled, refunded or unpaid moves do not earn.
4. Partner pages. Partners are responsible for what they publish on their page. Green Van Lines may edit or remove content that is false, misleading, offensive or unrelated to the partner’s business, and may suspend a partner who misuses the program.
5. Honest marketing. Partners may not make promises about price, dates or services on Green Van Lines’ behalf, post fake reviews, or use paid search ads on the Green Van Lines name.
6. Changes. Green Van Lines may change these terms or the payout amounts for future referrals with 30 days’ notice by email. Referrals already made keep the terms that applied when they were made.
7. Taxes. Partners are responsible for taxes on their earnings. Partners who earn $600 or more in a year will be asked for tax information before payment.
